Exchange Policy
At HDSneaker, we strive to ensure that you receive the best quality footwear. If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or receiving the wrong product, we are happy to assist you. However, we do not offer exchanges for customer mistakes such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received an incorrect item compared to what was ordered.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process exchanges.
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Customer errors in selecting size, color, or style.
- Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition.
- Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges).
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@hdsneaker.store with:
- A clear photo of the product showing the defect or incorrect item.
- Your order number and details of the exchange request.
Once approved, we will provide further instructions. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
3. Exchange Process
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement product at no additional cost.
- If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit.
4. Exchange for a Different Item
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or style, follow these steps:
- Return the original item as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund according to our refund terms.
5. Exchange Processing Time
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once your exchange request is approved and the replacement item has been shipped.
